First pass at a new version. 1. Fixes nasty bug in Python's SAX parser     http://bugs.python.org/issue5027 2. Adds support for MathML <semantics> and <annotation> elements. 3. Adds support for MathML embedded (via the <foreignObject>    element) in SVG.    This involved much more trickiness than one might have    thought. 4. Adds support for the STIX fonts. (You will need to install    them, if you want to see the resulting SVG, but the font    metrics are bundled with the application.)
