The search box at the top of every page supports Regular-Expression (“Regexp”) based searches. Obviously, you can just type a word or phrase into the search box, and hit return. But Regular Expressions allow you to craft much more elaborate searches.
The searches are, by default, case-insensitive.
For a quicky Regexp tutorial, see this page. Here are some example searches you can try
(bzr|bazaar)
init[^\w]
wiki\s?word
If your search comes up empty-handed, there’s a link to create a new page by that name (possibly useful for a word or phrase; less so for a Regexp search).
